We are thrilled to have the opportunity to demonstrate the Cappelletti Maker tonight at the Career Technology Center in Scranton. We will be making cappelletti and serving some in soup and sauce. Our audience will be our local Chef’s organization and Career Technology culinary students. We are always happy to share our recipes and knowledge with interested groups!
