A while back we applied to place the Cappelletti Maker on Amazon.com. The Cappelletti Maker was accepted and is now available on their site. Great News! We just added another retail location who are thrilled to carry our Cappelletti Maker. It is Sabatelle’s Fine Food Market on Main Street in Pittston, PA. We are working on getting more locations in Luzerne County for all of our customers in the greater Wilkes-Barre area. When you stop in there let them know we sent you.
While we were making our cappelletti for the holidays we shot some video. We just finished putting it together and posted it on YouTube with a link here. It shows the various steps involved in making cappelletti and using the Cappelletti Maker.
Demonstrating the Cappelletti Maker at B’s Floral Design in Scranton
Spent the weekend getting more Cappelletti Makers ready for the Christmas orders that have been coming in. We are shipping as fast as we get the orders so you will have your Cappelletti Makers in time for Christmas gift giving. This week we will be re-stocking several of the retail locations that have been carrying our Cappelletti Makers.
Well…sales have been brisk…seems like everyone wants one for making their cappelletti for Christmas or for gifts for their friends and family. Not to worry…our parts manufacturers in West Pittston and Wilkes-Barre just got our order to us and we will be assembling many more this weekend. That’s right…our Cappelletti Makers are made right here in Old Forge, PA, USA…from locally made parts.
Friday’s demo went great. Had quite a few folks show up for the demonstration and several leave with their very own Cappelletti Maker. Overall it was wonderful to get to talk to so many of you about your favorite recipes and holiday traditions. We really want to thank B’s Floral Design for inviting us in to do the demo. By the way…you have to stop by and see her Christmas window display. B’s won the prize for “Most Festive” window display in Scranton. Bring you camera.
Old World Italy will be doing a live demonstration this First Friday December 7th at B’s Floral Design, 131 Penn Ave, Scranton, PA (right next door to the Scranton Times Building). We will be there from 6:30pm to 8:00pm rolling out the dough and cutting some cappelletti. Everyone is invited. We will have some cappelletti samples to taste too. See you there.
Well…we are finally getting somewhere. After several years of development and trying to find the right vendors so the Cappelletti Maker can proudly be labelled…”Made In America”, we are finally able to have the official kickoff. With our initial release 3 weeks ago and now our ad just hitting the local regional papers in time for Christmas, we are excited.
